The short version
Audio is never stored. Pan processes sound transiently and in real time — the moment it passes, it is gone. No accounts are required. The only personal information Pan ever holds is your email address if you join the waitlist, and that is used for nothing except notifying you when Pan is ready.
What we collect
Email address. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address to notify you when Pan launches. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing privacy@withpan.ai.
Usage analytics. This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised data about page visits — pages viewed, approximate geographic region, device type, and referral source. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used only to understand how the site is being used.
That is all. We collect nothing else.
What we do not collect
Pan does not collect, store, or retain any audio. Audio processed by Pan is handled transiently — it is analysed in real time and immediately discarded. No recording, no transcript, no trace.
Pan does not build advertising profiles. Pan does not sell data. Pan does not share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
Audio handling
All audio processed by Pan is encrypted in transit. Processing is transient: audio is analysed in the moment to generate device commands and is never written to persistent storage. Pan cannot reconstruct, replay, or access any audio after the fact — because it was never kept.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for anonymous usage measurement. No advertising cookies are used. No cross-site tracking cookies are used.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. If you joined the waitlist and wish to be removed, email privacy@withpan.ai and we will remove your address promptly.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR respectively, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Pan's features develop. When we do, we will update the effective date below. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email.
